Nope! There are no service contracts required. You’re free to start, pause, or stop service at any time through your customer account or by contacting us directly.
Yes! You can cancel your scooping service at any time by phone or email. If you’re going out of town, just give us 48 hours’ notice and we’ll pause your service until you return.
Your pet’s safety is our top priority. Our team members are experienced, pet-friendly professionals who notify you before arriving. Once service is complete, we always send you a photo of your secured gate so you know your pets are safe. In addition, all of our tools and footwear are disinfected between visits with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.
We always send a notification before arriving. If your pup is still outside, our technician will knock on your door. If no one is available, we’ll still try to complete the cleanup as long as your dog is friendly. If your pet prevents service, the visit will still be billed.
We double-bag the waste and place it in your trash bin for regular pickup.
Yes! We’re happy to work with your schedule. Let us know the day that works best for you, and we’ll do our best to make it happen depending on our route availability.
No, we don’t provide specific arrival windows since our routes are constantly updated and adjusted. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your preferences, and our technicians will notify you when they’re on the way.
Yes, our technicians make sure to scoop all areas within your fenced property — including backyards, side yards, flower beds, gravel, and kennel spaces. For an even fresher yard, you can also add optional services such as a deodorizer (Yard Odor Destroyer) or a sanitizer (WysiWash) to help eliminate odors and germs.
