Firehouse Scoopers LLC – Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 2025
Thank you for choosing Firehouse Scoopers LLC, proudly serving Florida pet owners with reliable waste removal services. By scheduling service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions
Payments
All payments are handled through our secure online client portal.
- You can view invoices, track completed cleanups, and save your preferred payment
- A valid debit or credit card must be kept on file at all times to remain on the service
- Invoices are automatically processed using your saved card, and receipts are sent to your email.
- Payment information must be on file before your first visit of the If your card is not active, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, service will be rescheduled to the next available date.
Non-Payment Policy
If a scheduled payment cannot be processed due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or other issues, your service will be placed on hold until payment is resolved.

- Services missed due to non-payment will not be
- If payment is not received within 7 days, your account may be suspended, and you will be removed from the service route.

Billing Cycle
- Recurring services are billed on the 1st of every month before service is
- One-time or first-time cleanups must be paid on the day of
- If you start service mid-month, you will be charged for the initial cleanup plus the remainder of that month.
- Monthly charges are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, service will continue through the end of the period already billed.
Refund Policy
All services are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except in cases of company error.
- Refunds may be issued if you were billed incorrectly or if service was not completed due to our error.
- Refunds will not be issued for missed services caused by inaccessible yards, aggressive pets, inclement weather, or other conditions outside of our control.
- Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method on
Service Times & Arrival
- Services are performed between 7:00 AM and dusk.
- You will receive a text message before arrival — generally 30–60 minutes in
- Your cleanup day will remain consistent unless we notify you
Do I Need to Be Home?
No, you do not need to be present for service. Please make sure gates are accessible and unlocked.
- We can work with pets in the yard as long as they are
- If a pet prevents our technician from completing service, the visit will still be
- After each cleanup, we will send a confirmation text or email with a photo of your closed gate so you know the job was completed.
Dogs in the Yard
If your dog is outside when we arrive, our technician may knock on the door. If there’s no response, we will attempt to work around your pet if it is safe. If your dog is aggressive or prevents cleanup, the visit will still be billed.
Holidays
If your scheduled service falls on a major holiday, cleanup will be skipped for that week and a larger cleanup will be completed the following week. Regular billing still applies since additional waste will need to be removed.
Inclement Weather
If severe weather (such as heavy rain, lightning, flooding, hurricanes, or other hazardous conditions) prevents service, we will try to schedule a make-up visit as soon as possible. If a make-up cannot be arranged, service will continue on your next regularly scheduled day.

- Light rain or drizzle does not automatically cancel service unless conditions are
- Extended severe weather events (such as hurricanes or flooding) may cause temporary suspension of service until conditions are We will notify you when service resumes.
Lawn Conditions
For safety and quality, your yard must be reasonably maintained.

What Areas Do You Clean?
Our standard service includes:
- Backyard
- Side yards that are part of the gated backyard
- Kennels, flower beds, and rock areas
You can also request add-on services:
- Deodorizer (Yard Odor Destroyer)
- Deodorizer and Sanitizer (WysiWash)
Additional charges apply for these add-ons.
Areas We Do Not Service
For safety reasons, we do not service:
- Under trampolines or large play equipment
- Inside or underneath dense bushes, shrubs, or ivy
- Areas blocked by debris, clutter, or stored items
- Any other spaces that pose a safety hazard
If waste is located in unsafe or inaccessible areas, it will not be removed, the visit will still be billed, and you will be notified.
Cancellation & Contracts
- We do not require
- You may start, pause, or cancel service anytime by phone, email, or through your customer portal.
- If you are going out of town, notify us at least 48 hours in advance to pause
Pet Safety
Your pets’ safety is our priority. Our technicians will:
- Notify you before arrival
- Always secure gates before leaving (with a photo for confirmation)
- Disinfect tools and equipment between every cleanup with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant
Waste Disposal
All waste is securely double-bagged and placed in your household garbage can. If your can is not accessible, the waste will be left neatly by your gate.
Scheduling Requests
You may request a preferred cleanup day when signing up, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
While exact arrival windows are not available, you will always receive a notification before service.
Sanitation Practices
All equipment is disinfected between every visit with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to ensure safety for pets and families.
Liability
By using our services, you agree that Firehouse Scoopers LLC is not liable for:
- Damage to lawns, landscaping, gates, or property caused by normal service activities
- Injury or harm to pets, property, or persons if animals are aggressive, loose, or interfere with service
- Illness or disease transmission resulting from pet waste in your yard (though we disinfect our equipment to minimize risk)
Customers are responsible for providing safe access (functional gates, safe yard conditions, removal of hazards). Service may be refused, paused, or terminated at our discretion if unsafe conditions exist.
Use of Information
We may use information collected from our website or portal to:
- Manage accounts and payments
- Track and schedule services
- Improve operations
- Share promotions and updates
By using our services, you agree that we may use this data for communication and marketing purposes.
